「A functional, clean hotel with professional and friendly staff.
No thrills and priced accordingly. If you need to somewhere nearby, it’s a solid choice. Decent shower. No Air Con.
Car park is poorly maintained and the pub at the front looks derelict - I genuinely couldn’t work out whether it was open or not. It had the appearance of having been shut for years, whilst seemed to be advertising the ongoing World Cup!
Avoid for a romantic break, but absolutely stay here if you need practical...

「The grounds and the hotel were absolutely stunning! We were delighted with our bedroom suite. The hotel can boast an interesting history; on the wall in the restaurant is a wooden plaque, with a gilded list of previous head girls from 1937 when the hotel was run as a school. The beautiful stained glass windows on the staircase are evidence of the previous importance of the building.
The hotel is well placed for activities in Warwick, and visits to Stratford on Avon, & Royal Leamington Spa. ...

「We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection.
A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. The lady at reception was also lovely and provided us with all the information we needed on arrival.
All the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. We would happily stay...
