“Our booking was canceled and we were not notified in advance. We were 4 hours away from home, small town, middle of the night and no other hotels were available. I was up for 27 hours straight and had to drive back because nothing else was available. They said the hotel was overbooked and we should have been notified as they knew this days in advance. Very unhappy ”

One night we had to park on the street and walk in the dark to get to the back of the house (lights were on the steps) other than the parking (I use a cane) it was a nice retreat instead of the bustle of a hotel.”

“The host is the most warm, friendly, beautiful human being. We are so grateful to her for renting this property and giving my husband and myself some much-needed alone time. The host told us of some wonderful eating places in the area and she was so right! We felt very cared for while also having our privacy respected. There is a permanent renter who has……
