「We had trouble using the self check in but pressed the help button and a staff member immediately arrived to help us .
Room was on main floor , we had a family room with double bed and 2 singles- definitely a tight squeeze but we spend our day exploring London and really only are in the room to sleep. There was a bit of a damp smell on the corridor and in our room but the beds were clean and very very comfortable.
I feel for the price paid the room was great and the location amazing !!
