“Everywhere is immaculate, clean, polished, every detail perfect. The staff are amazing, so welcoming and polite, no-one passes you in a corridor or anywhere without speaking. The food is a work of art too. You are made to feel a million dollars during your stay, such a beautiful hotel! You cant help but notice the attention to detail in EVERY litte thing. Fantastic experience.”

“The location is excellent, can walk to most of the sightseeing area and museum. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room size is not small and very clean. Just one small thing is the bath door which next to the bed, it has loud sound when close the bath room door. But it is not big deal. The hotel has valet parking. I will stay at this hotel again. ”

“Receptionists and other staff are friendly. The decoration is good except the ventilation of the bathroom is poor. Location of the hotel is good. You can get there by metro easily and may find many restaurants nearby.”

“Excellent service, best location, 4 mins walk from the underground and shopping area and next to the theatre. The interior design of the loddy, room and everywhere is amazing, you can find new detialing everyday. The room is comfortable as well. I will stay here in the next London trip.”

“I stayed in this hotel for the week, and it was my first time in London, and I was also celebrating my birthday. Even though the hotel was not able to accommodate or upgrade my room, they surprised me with a sweet gift of a bottle of wine and sweets in my room with a Happy Birthday sign. I arrived early, and they were able to keep my luggage on hold while I roamed around the centre of London, and even after I departed, they kept an eye on my suitcase. The restaurant downstairs is really nice,……

The doorman Lukasz was particularly nice and helpful! The location of the hotel was so good, it's almost walking distance to everything. It is a must choose! ”
