"Easy to travel to, and it’s also easy to travel to other places from this hotel since there’s stations nearby from a walkable distance. There’s two restaurants downstairs if you go outside, both owned by the hotel, they are quite decent, the prices are also decent. The floor of my hotel room had some orange / red stain next to my bed, but other than that it was clean. I do have to say that at night it gets really hot, there’s no AC, so open up the window a little at night. There’s also no toothbrushes, so bring your own, along with toothpaste. Check in and out was pretty quick. Decent experience for the price. "

"Great location, beautify hotel, snacks , drinks, alcoholic drinks in the minibar included was great, nice bar, cute restaurant. The concierge was very helpful We didn’t like the fact that we were not on the main building. The booking never mentioned that."

"This was an ideal location near Covent Garden, Embankment Tube Station and Charing Cross. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room reminded me of an efficiency apartment with several eco-friendly features that took a minute to figure out. We shared a twin room. The separate beds were right next to each other with barely any space between. One of us had to climb over the first bed to get to the other. There was a big storage drawer underneath the beds that we used for our suitcases and backpacks. There is a fold-down table with folding chairs in case you needed to work or eat in the room. There were 2 sinks - one in the kitchenette area and the other in the room with the beds. The compact bathroom has only a shower and toilet as well as a towel heater. While not the most spacious and functional of hotel rooms, the price was reasonable and it was convenient to many places we planned to visit as well as the tube stations."

"We had to wait until 4:30 to check in, even though check-in was at 3:00. We got there at 10:00 am. The room could have used a better cleaning. The location is GREAT, in walking distance to many sightseeing attractions and good restaurants. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, everything worked perfectly, and I had no issues at all. The lobby had a warm, welcoming vibe, especially with the café. Plus, it’s centrally located—just a block away from the main train station. Overall, it was comfortable, and I’d absolutely recommend it!"
