"The convenience of the Albion Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach and the Lincoln Road shopping strip. The room was comfortable and the staff cleaned it daily; very well. The breakfast was not included with our stay but was very good nonetheless. Our only complaints was that the pool was still under maintenance, but it was mentioned on the website; and we were somewhat surprised by a regular room, when our booking stated that a balcony and sofa would be part of our reservation. We didn’t make an issue of it because all of South Beach was already booked. In fact, we talked to a guest who had checked out and had to come back because he could not find another room. So, all in all, our stay was pleasant. When we go to the beach, we typically go to spend time outside in the sun anyway. "

"Front desk double charged my credit card for room stay and extra $800 and had to wait until cleared at end of stay ! No apology or accommodation."

"Staff, was very kind and accommodating. The boutique style of the hotel was really cool, specially the pool area. I just wish there was breakfast served at the property instead of having to leave to get it, but that being said the cafe was a 1 minute walk away, and was very cute with palm trees all around, the food was good but I wish there had been more traditional breakfast options like bacon and eggs, sausages, hash browns, toast and jam, but it was still good."

"Everything was A+ from the moment we got there. The check-in was great. Vallet was great. The room was upgraded for free, great views and large room. Bed was very comfortable. Everyone who worked at the resort was very nice and friendly."

"It’s okay… the elevator is small and it takes a long time to come up and hand out. Their best are comfortable slept very well. The staff that works there excellent and the breakfast is delicious. "
