“Our room was a room for four people. It was clean and large and roomy. The problem was for people cannot sit on one chair. How come they don't consider having a place to sit down other than on the bed? We asked if we could have one or two more chairs and was told no they were all in use. I find it quite troublesome when you can't even sit down in your room. Other than that the room was okay.”

“The room was terrible! It had many holes in the walls that were crudely patched and not painted. There were blankets firmly covering the window. You couldn’t open it. There were many electrical problems: the bathroom light didn’t work, the fridge, microwave and TV didn’t work and the light in the
