"Easy to get to and a great layout"

"Our group of three sisters and their spouses were very impressed as we entered this lovely home. Its description and photos were exactly what we expected. We really enjoyed beautiful Waconia Lake. This lakefront home has well-groomed yards, along with comfortable patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors. Equally enjoyable was its spacious interior. Thank you to our friendly host, we had a great time! We highly recommend this property!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Koselig Cottage. Only wish we could have stayed longer. The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and cozy. We all enjoyed the foosball and arcade games in the basement as well as the outdoor fun of the kayaks and park within walking distance. The host was excellent with communication and created a very relaxing getaway for our family of 7. Would definitely love to return."

"Home is clean with lots of space. Brand new kitchen with everything you need for meal preparation. Well maintained home that is close to grocery store and easy to get to. Host was very responsive to a couple of small issues we had, and even sent an associate of his in the evening to take care of the issues. Home needs to be considered for your next stay in Minneapolis."

"Beautiful, quirky home that was spotlessly clean and perfectly situated. The neighborhood was quaint but well-kept and walkable. The house was well appointed and perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. As it is a newer rental property, it doesn’t have the usual collection of sundry spices and pantry items left by previous guests so bring all cooking ingredients. The Pac-Man game in the basement was a big hit with the children. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the house....

"The beds and pillows were amazing. Really clean, kitchen well stocked. We only made coffee but there is plenty of everything you would need to make anything. There are several great restaurants that are within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. Stayed for the weekend to attend a sewing workshop at Treadle Yard Goods. The VRBO list a hot tub but there wasn’t one and the info we received at check in from VRBO didn’t have the WIFi info. We emailed the host and she was great! Fast response!...

"Grandma's comfy cottage gave us a fabulous place to be together for my daughters graduatuin weekend. We had a relaxing Saturday. The location allowed our daughterand her friend to visit and walk to local shops. The space allowed some to play games while others relaxed watching tv. Would recommend and may be back considering she has no plans to move yet!"

"Had a great time property is close to Mall of America and The U. My son is deciding on where to attend college and was a great location to bring the family (myself, husband, younger brother and dogs)"

"It was advertise that this would be a private home to myself and it was just a regular hotel room, .when I arrived and then I call and was transfer to Vrbo and now I sending pictures of the advertisement to them to review and this should not have happen, I invite family in from out of town to celebrate and then had to cancel at last minute. Not happy at all."
