“This home looks NOTHING like this picture. The paint was peeling and the windows had been painted shut for years. The inside was FILTHY dirty. The showers, the kitchen (tiny microwave and refrigerator) were all disgusting. We tried to call the manager whom we never got and we had to get to a library to get the internet to tell Vrbo about the mess. We had to find a place to stay after a 12-hr. drive and the food in our cooler was getting too warm. We never heard from the manager and Vrbo gave us……

“A beautiful cabin located between Hammondsport and Penn Yan. The cabin is stocked with essentials to get you through your stay. The pond was a hit wth my boys. The cabin has a nice deck but no furniture to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The hot tube is also not functioning. Just a reminder water in this area has a sulfur smell but nothing you can do about it. Please note the property land management team is Vacaso so you will be charged a double processing fee if booked through VRBO!”

“Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay in Hamondsport Heaven. We ranged in ages from 9 to 86 years-old! Everyone was comfortable and found their favorite place in the house. Marché was a lovely host who took the time to show us around on our first day and share some of the history of her beautiful home. The kids lived in the pool all weekend! We so enjoyed the quick access to the town and Lake. We would love to visit again! ”
