"Check-in at night with a baby, the staff tell me to pay 3000, I already payed the room, the sheets was dirty, the staff could not call a cab, sneaky attitude. The hotel area is fine but the rest is on a very low level. I booked 5 nights - I stayed 3 and never come back."

"Wonderful Property and Exceptional Management
I had to check in around 1:00 AM due to a delayed flight, and there was an issue with the access card. Impressively, the management provided an alternative solution within just five minutes. Even more commendable, the property manager personally traveled a considerable distance in the middle of the night to deliver a new access card-despite the fact that I already had temporary access. That level of commitment is truly unmatched.
