「When I arrived, I needed to change the first room booked for me by the hotel because there were a lot of dirty spots top of the comforter. Then they immediately arranged another room for me which was cleaner than the first room. I stayed here for 2 nights and I had a great time here!」

They assured it is possible but a fee would be added for early check in. Once I arrived and checked in, Gustavo at the front desk helped us to check in. The staff refused, claiming no rooms were available and insisting that "a broken lamp wouldn’t affect my stay"—despite my observation of many vacant rooms. 「We had a very comfortable stay, just a little problem with the faucet, the attendant came quickly to check it out and to have to change our room, the room was cleaned every day, and the overall feeling was still very good!」
