「Very very clean in the room and everything is in order. Like it very much!!」

「Beautiful condo style hotel. We loved the ocean views from the 5th floor. Very nice pool area and direct access to the beach. Only issues were the temperature of the water in the showers was very hard to control and the noise from the road at night. Would stay again.」

「Very nice apartment. The pool was clean and property well kept. The only downside was that it was quite a walk to the beach. It is on the beach but about 7-10 walk to the water. All of the hotels are just as far from the water.」

「Although we did not choose to stay at our hotel because there was little to do around the hotel for 4 teenage boys the customer service was wonderful. Val was amazing and understanding! It is a wonderful option if you have a family with littler children, want to cook your own meals and enjoy thr pool set back from a breathe taking beach! Place was spacious !」

「The room definitely needs cleaned better. The doors were so covered with dust we had to buy swiffer dusters. The light in the kitchen was also full of dust. The bedrooms had carpet even though the pics showed laminate and they were stained. 」

「Mr Borja was amazing!! He gave us the room that has the best view!! I love it !! We all enjoyed our stay here!! Free wine was awesome!! They need screen door for patio balcony door .. way too many bugs outside!!! Maybe they need to spray something outside !! Far to Clearwater beach like 30-40 mins but it’s really close to Madeira Beach and John pass boardwalk!! I might come back sooner !!」

「Although they are going through a renovation I feel they probably should’ve closed during the painting. Constantly having to uncover my car to leave because they painters covering the cars with tarps and painting the halls and room doors and having to pull paint covered tape off of the door handle to scan my key 」

「The condo and property were beautiful and clean. The place was well maintained and the check in/out was easy. Messages and calls were answered immediately. We hope to visit again soon.」
