My phone was locked in, I tried to contact them from borrowed phone and communication was really bad. We was locked out for over hour. They manually unlocked after over hour but original passcode would not work and they never resolved and it was the first day. We had to pack and leave early because we could not log back in the……

“Check in/ check out was a little wonky. The overhead light in the room was ghastly, but the bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The room climate control was also good.”
