“Great apartment. Has everything you need. Right on Broadway. Great if you are going to the Black River Venue. It’s a 2 minute walk. The only complaint that I have is one of the bedrooms needs darkening curtains. It’s like daylight in the room at night. Very difficult to sleep. Other than that it was great. Huge perk was the washing machine. Was able to wash a load of clothes before we moved onto our next destination.”

“Note, there are porch steps and then a full indoor staircase to get up to where you're staying, which is on the 2nd floor.Good to know:-Hotplate with pots and a toaster are in the cabinet-The fridge keeps things super cold and quickly, which is awesome-There is a filtered water dispenser inside the fridge (think Britta)-Retractable gate at the top of the steps-They are p-touch happy people, which is awesome, because you don't spend time wondering how to work something-Each bedroom is private……

“NOT ACCURATELY ADVERTISED!!!!! Upon arrival we had no toilet paper or paper towels. We had to fight spiders and webs to get into the place. Only 1 bedroom, 2nd bedroom is the living room with a pull out bed with sliding tented door to give you “privacy” of a room. Slobber marks on the black pillow case. Bathroom door is VERY HARD to close, if you close it make sure someone else is there to help kick the door open, you won’t be able to get it open without help from the other side of the door.……

“Rock ‘n’ roll was a perfect fit for our visit to Sandusky. It was convenient to absolutely everything we wanted to do. Downtown was just a short walk away. The amenities were great. It was super clean and the murals were awesome. Mimi was an amazing host. Nex time we’re in Sandusky will be sure to visit rock n roll again.”

“The property ended up being exactly what we needed, affordable, centrally located. A really quick walk to the carousel and to main Street in downtown Mansfield. But the property was far outweighed by the host. Jeff was quick to respond to any issue to problem solve and to take care of us, us and our situation. I would stay again happily but this time book what I needed! That said, when it comes to the loft, do be warned that the stairs are pretty steep and rather narrow. So if accessibility is a……
