Great place to stay

The place was big enough for the 4 of us, clean, well equipped, close to the beach and the bush (we saw a few kangaroos wandering across the road). Doesn't have a washing machine which would be nice for longer stays (didn't bother us). Will come back.

Great place

Great location and property. Very quiet but still very close to the beach. Plenty of space for our 11 month old inside and the deck was amazing for dinners in the evening (we saw kangaroos next door!).

Hyams Beach, the location of this property and the property facilities all very good. Proximity to the national park is a great advantage. Great service from the property manager

Beautiful beach

The house offer excellent access to Chinaman's beach which is probably the most beautiful beach in Jervis Bay. Wonderful kitchen and bath.

Hyams beach is stunning - Chinamans in particular.

The house has a great balcony where you get sit and have a drink while the sun goes down, looking at the bushland with the sound of the waves in the background.

A delightful retreat

This comfortable and spacious property is a wonderful place to relax and listen to the waves. We had great time during a five-week stay, enjoying the many local beaches and bush walks. Our contact, Jenny, was welcoming and very helpful.

Clean and convenient location!

We love the location of the house as it’s located at quiet area but just a short walk to the Chinamans beach. It’s also very convenient for a small family like us as the house provided all the linens and other necessities from bathroom to kitchenware. House is very clean and we will definitely go back again.

Perfect beach holiday!

We had a fabulous stay here! The house is newly and beautifully renovated and was spotlessly clean. Very practical layout for families with two seating/TV areas. It was easy to book through Jenny who was fantastic. We loved the quiet location. It’s a short 2 min walk to the most idyllic beach. It’s also an easy walk to the excellent Hyams Beach Cafe and Store. We enjoyed the peacefulness of sitting on the deck amongst the trees every evening. Would definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for a family beach holiday!

Quality inclusions

This house was lovely to stay in. It rained for nearly our whole stay, but it provided a beautiful spot to look out on the trees, birds, and local surrounds. The kitchen includes top quality appliances; the bed is VERY comfortable; the linen and towels were superb (Sheridan towels!); and the Smart TV easy to use (fortunately). It was a quick walk to Chinaman's Beach and the White Sands walking track. We had a great week despite the weather.

Well done renovated property, excellent location

Location was excellent with a short walk to amazing beach with dolphins sighted from the shore each afternoon. Property was recently renovated inside and done really well. House was well outfitted for rental with many thoughtful touches like videos, books and games available for use. Two seperate TV rooms were a big plus. Unfortunately we were woken up before 7:30am on the week days due to new construction right next door. We were not made aware of this until check in which was very disappointing and had we known before hand, we would have not rented here at this time. Apparently the construction had been at a stand still for over a month, so the sudden start up caught the owners and rental agency off guard as well. The good news is that we spent the days at the beautiful beach and arrived back to construction having ceased by 4pm each day. Evenings were very peaceful - the kids loved feeding the kookaburras on the deck while we barbecued dinner. We would definitely rent here again once construction next door is completed.
