Beautiful home and location

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Excellent location and views and kept meticulous! Some small issues with the cleaning crew and the home and beds not being ready until quite a while after expected check in time of 4, as well as other things. However aside from that the home and stay was wonderful!

Beautiful Home Near The Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely stunning new home, near many beaches. Fully furnished with everything you can imagine. Tip - Get your door code prior to arrival as our cell phone coverage was extremely spotty. Upon arrival it took an hour to access the home because we were on hold and disconnected many times. Once we finally got through we were told that the employees were in a meeting and therefore were not answering calls. This was not the owners fault but it was frustrating. The hot water went out when we got there and they very quickly had someone out to repair.

Wonderful Seaside Retreat vacation

Patio with dining table and chairs and fire pit with comfortable seating were a big hit.

Wonderful vacation spot for our family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This lovely home was a perfect spot for our Cape Cod vacation and located close to many places that ended up being favorites! Great neighborhod for taking a stroll too. The house was fully equipped to make meals, had a very comfy sofa, and also very comfortable beds. The water view from the top deck was gorgeous. We would come back for sure!

Fabulous home near private beach with view

We were so happy staying in this home. Everything seemed new and clean. We especially liked the huge kitchen for cooking with fantastic appliances, and the way the living area is open to the kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms nicely done. And to top it off we loved eating our breakfast from the porch on the top floor, with a nice sea breeze and beautiful views. The location was superb, with around a 10 minute ( maybe less) walk to a private beach just for the neighborhood. At low tide you could wade across the water to a beach with a location that can't be beat. It was private and gorgeous. We hope to stay here again next year. Maybe next year we will even bring the kids! One suggestion, we noticed a lot of homes in the neighborhood had kayaks for use that they left at the beach (locked up). This would be a wonderful addition to this rental.

Charming Home in West Hyannisport

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful new construction home that comfortably sleeps six at the end of a secluded lane with distant views of the ocean. Widow's walk was an amazing feature--great for star-gazing or sipping coffee while watching sunrises. New well-stocked kitchen, en-suite bathrooms, and full laundry made for a very comfortable stay. Parts of the home were clearly not yet finished (no baseboards, banisters unvarnished, window stickers still on). A/C a real plus since we stayed during a heat wave. The neighborhood is great for biking and has its own private boat launch and beach access which, during low tide, allows for an easy portage to an ocean-front quiet beach with restricted access. Owners provided passes to other local beaches so that parking in the Barnstable area was free. Hyannis has a cute downtown area with some very good restaurants (Downtown Bistro, Embargo, and Tumi) and ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Day trips to Provincetown and the Cape Cod National Seashore are easy from this location. Unknowingly we happened to rent this home during a week when a utility company was digging up the only road access leading to the home (we had to park 2 blocks away) and so we dealt with a lot of early morning noise, dust and 24 hours without gas or hot water. Would suggest that the owners provide SUPs or kayaks at the boat launch for renters as this would allow for exploration of the channels and an easier method for accessing the oceanfront beach. Would recommend for families with older children (staircases) or for three couples, but not ideal for families with small children or family members that struggle handling stairs. All in all, a beautiful home in an excellent location.
