Frangipani Riverfront

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious, comfortable and suited our needs well. Clean and tidy. Easy check in. Would recommend this property.

Beautiful house but some small hiccups

The house itself is stunning - massive, bright, airy and serene, right on the water's edge. We had 8 people stay and never ran out of hot water. The locals are friendly and though it's a bit of a walk (or a 15 min car drive) to a swimmable beach, the location is peaceful and quiet. The main issue we had is that the lockbox would not open. We had 4 people try to open it as per the check-in instructions we received but no one could open it. Thankfully the property manager responded quickly when we called (after hours) and a cleaner who lives down the road was able to let us in within 15 minutes. She was lovely, but based on her and the property manager knowing and explaining the problem with the lock box (which the cleaner had to open with a screwdriver, and which had lots of marks on it from previous visistors trying to open it), it seems the lockbox has been an issue for a while. I recommend it be replaced as I've never had this issue with a lockbox before. The house was pretty clean, but there were some areas that were covered in insect feces and spiderwebs inside the house.
