「I had one night stay with my mommy. The room was spacious, services offered by the breakfast buffet place was wonderful, food was perfect with plenty of choices - the food quality was top notch and was even better than some of the 5 starred hotel in Tokyo I had before. Front desk staff were helpful but some of them got poor English and couldn’t understand what I asked for. Anyway, still recommending this place to anyone staying in Kobe!」

「The location not bad have shuttle bus to nearby station The overall environment was fine. Only a very small convenient store in the hotel lobby. If you would like to purchase any necessity need to do it before getting back to hoetl. 」

「This is a good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The pickup service is excellent and they come within 10 min after a phone call. The only one point I don’t quite like is diner not at the same building, but 1 min walk to other building. Otherwise, it is an excellent stay. 」
