"My 2 nights stay was terrible because I had a very big quarrel with another guest; was allotted a bed in the female room by a woman named Nana;the first night was fine but on the second night, came back from late night work, was tired and I just needed a good night sleep but as I went to my allotted bed,a Chinese guest came in and started shouting and screaming loudly at me,saying that was her bed;there was no staff member to solve the issue; had the worst experience in my entire life"

"We recently stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly and professional staff. The room was a comfortable size for Tokyo—compact but had everything we needed. The bathroom was a bit small, but clean and functional. A major plus is the low-cost airport shuttle bus from Narita Terminal 1 that stops near the hotel—super convenient if you have a lot of luggage and want to avoid transfers. The location is excellent, right next to a metro station for easy access to the city, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. There’s even a TULLY'S Coffee right next door, perfect for a quick coffee or breakfast. Overall, it’s a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Tokyo. Highly recommended!"
"The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver in the extreme heat of Tokyo summer. It was nice to have free laundry and I left the laundry soap I purchased behind for others. "
"Hotel & its commodities were as described as it was on the website. Sugamo was beautiful & only one train ride away from the major cities. Would recommend it to others."
