“We were with a group of 7. The house was perfect for us and the location is also perfect with a grocery store and station next by.”

“This property is alright, if you are on a short stay. If you are staying for 3 or more days, I do not suggest as this is an unmanned property. I only got to know after booking was confirmed! There was no indication when I was booking! This is not friendly at all. Additionally, there were many small flies from my 2nd day onwards. I tried messaging property but response was slow. Had to get my local contact call them before they reacted. On top of that, when housekeeping was sent, a sloppy job……

“I took my two kids and their friend (ages 18-20) to Tokyo for a week and stayed in this house. It was really perfect for us. It was set up well for multiple people and we appreciated having the toilet and shower in separate rooms. The mini-splits were very convenient and the house is full of light. What I really loved was this location. It's a short walk to Higashi-Nagasaki stsation and two stops to Ikebukuro, where you can transfer to most other trains. We walked all over the city and……

“It was a great place to stay. Across the street from a temple and large cemetery. Sweet residential neighborhood but close to lots of restaurants and a major shopping street. Easy walk to the train station. But we took a cab in and out with our luggage. So nice to have more space than a 120 sq ft hotel room for a similar price. The host was very responsive to questions.”
