「We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland/Independence. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The front desk team, especially Michelle, was especially helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to assist with our needs.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel also offers great free parking, which made our stay even more convenient.

「Our stay started out not so well. We were quick check in (a plus), staying g Friday thru Sunday, but, when we got to our room, the air did NOT work nor dis the safe. My husband went down to the desk and told them and he was told someone would be there shortly. Indeed he was there in 5-10 minutes. He tried to fix both the air and the safe and no luck with either one. He said we will get you a other room.
