"On night when I called the front desk that to assist me with the television because it was not working, they asked me to change the HDMI cord around which I was not doing. It was 10 o’clock at night and I was very tired so I went to bed without television. When I returned to the room on the following day, I let the front desk know that the TV was not working again. She asked me to do something with the cords. I then proceeded to ask her to come to the room because that is not my job she came to the room and she asked if I would switch rooms because it was a little late and I was exhausted from my daily activities I refused. She’s then proceeded to say that she cannot assist me if I was not gonna switch rooms therefore we spent our entire time without television in our room."
