“Great stay”

“Our room that we checked into had not been cleaned. We were moved into a different room which was good. Over all we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the facility. It was not at the standard it usually lives up to. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.”

“This has been one of the best hotel stays that we have had in a while! The staff were so genuine and helpful. Javier’s communication was excellent. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was perfect! The one downside was the pool said it was heated and it was not. ”

“Kids running up and down the hallways all night even after we called down to the lobby. Weird window facing into the hallway? Room was very oddly set up and horrible lighting. ”

“Excellent breakfast selection and the breakfast staff were so kind and accommodating. They made my kids feel special and even gave my son a treat for his birthday. We felt at home the whole stay!”

“Space and nice”

“Our stay was excellent, but we had difficulty sleeping due to the air frequently turning off and the temperature in the room rising. My wife and I are accustomed to sleeping with the fan on constant and the air rather low, and we were just not able to sleep well because this particular thermostat's energy saving mode was not something we could change during our stay.”
