“I don't have nothing to say it very nice”

“Significantly, daily room service is not routinely performed (making bed, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, providing clean towels). However, if requested, room service housekeeping is very receptive and want - going above and beyond. When asked why, a hotel doesn’t practice daily service, we were informed due to being a casino hotel, many guests may not want to be disturbed in the daytime. We were visiting family, not gambling - there was a Do Not Disturb notice which we did not hang……

“I loved how fancy it was and how welcoming the staff was. However we left the hotel with bed bug bites all over us, which got worse of the next course of days. This was my first time experiencing bed bugs so it was a lot for my family & I was sadly disappointed Breakfast was not included with the stay so that was a bummer as well.”

“Walking into the lobby to check in was 3 people listening to music so loud I couldn't hear the lady checking us in. There was a " criminal " element to the thugs that we're hanging out in the lobby that was a bit uncomfortable. We'll never stay there again..”

“If you love Christmas, you'll love this lodge! It really puts you in the holiday spirit. My grandson especially loved the fishing pond, and we all had a great time in the arcade. The lodge is a bit dated, and the beds weren't very comfortable, but the friendly staff and the great breakfast helped make up for it. Overall, it's a fun place to stay, especially if you're looking for a festive atmosphere.”

“Ehh this stay was ok. This definitely was not the embassy suites that I am used to. The hotel is very outdated. There are so many rooms that I feel like house keeping has to rush to get them all done. As I found several pieces of glass on the floor in front of microwave and next to the toilet. Thank goodness I found it before my child stepped on it barefoot. The staff were very nice and friendly and main areas seemed well maintained but rooms definitely lacked that! It was close to alot of……

“The breakfast was ok, the pool looked dicey, so we avoided that, but generally decent and clean.”

“We had a great stay at this hotel! It’s very family friendly! Breakfast is very good! There are a lot of breakfast items to choose from! The gym is a plus, it’s 24 hours! It also has a sky bridge which is connected to the Convention Center and that is why we chose this hotel overall! I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Indianapolis!”
