Great location to explore down town indy

It enjoy the location and the ammount of space. Only complaint is there wasnt a good lamp in the living room

Apartment in downtown Indianapolis

Everything was excellent except for 2 issues. The listing showed 4 beds which is why I booked the apartment. There were two beds and two blow up mattresses in the closets. A blow up mattress doesn't count as a bed. One bathroom had a keypad which was not given in the check-in instructions. I had to message the host to get instructions late at night.

Great location! GREAT apartment! Check in to room great. Parking is a bear. Plan ahead.

We loved this home. Lots of walking. Its actually up in the penthouse. Its an amazing clean property. I did laundry daily like at home. I ran dishwasher daily too. Towels were limited I just washed them. Location was perfect for downtown. We walked everywhere. Parking has it on private parking lot. To access the right parking scan code they have tobinstrust you where to find it. It is NOT in directions. My advice is pay for parking beforehand $55 for hole stay. Find out where key is beforehand too. They provided awesome parking directions but FIRST you MUST have the parking pass. It took us communicating via emails and texts. Phone numbers get you nowhere. I requested them to call us immediately. They refused. And proceded to say same thing over. 4 hr later they just told us where the parking pass is. This is why I gave lower stars. Also NO KEY FOB to enter building. Meaning you have to us call box at main entrance. Only time this hinders is after 11 when skybridges close, in pouring rain, & other weather situations. We asked front office they said it was only $50 but property owner had to purchase. They refused. They also seemed rude about like they've never actually been here to experience the struggle. I explain it's a safety this for ladies and kids. Another reason I gave lower stars. The ring doorbell was off the next morning our last day. I'm hoping it was someone on their end. Overall everything about the apartment/home was great.

Overall the property was clean and functional. A few minor items needed to be serviced. Initial info given for check-in was incorrect, but good communication to address it. Good value for a business trip.
