Great location- close to Empire Polo Fields

Check-in was smooth. The house's gated location was very convenient to the fields. Management, who was great at communication, quickly fixed a few issues. The property was fine for what we needed.

Great spot!

We have 5 kids and they had a blast. The pool was great, the place was spacious and clean. We would book again.

Proximity to polo grounds great, beds not great

If you want to be near the Empire Polo Fields, this place is fantastic! The pool and spa are nice, the pool table was great. The house is spacious and the kithcen nice. A major downside was that the bed in the primary bedroom was awful; unless they replace it, you won't be happy. (It is loud and incredibly uncomfortable. We slept one night in it and woke up with horrible back pain and barely slept due to the squeaking every time you moved. We ended up sleeping on an air mattress instead. Make sure the bed has been replaced, otherwise, it's useless.) The Queen bedroom bed was also not great, but at least was sleepable. The King bedroom bed was fantastic. Bunk beds were fine too. The entry to the complex took forever on the first night (waited in the line for over 30minutes to get to the guard house), but after that was no problem.
