"First time staying here and I was seriously impressed. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always checked in to make sure everything was going well. Service was consistently great, and the whole stay felt easy and comfortable. I’ll definitely be choosing this hotel again on my next trip to Bali "

"Lovely room but not much of a sea view. Also there was a dreadful smell of sewage in the room when I arrived. The staff did their best to sort it but it should have been noticed before i arrived. Nice breakfast, lovely staff and lovely friendly dog called Dingo."

"The room was quite Old, but nice place to stay, huge swimming Pool, limited Carpark Area, the Lift was old, Abit scary to use,, may breakdown anytime. Front Office was polite. Need to improve on hotel Facility"
