"Great spacious, quiet room with lounge access which includes tea, coffee, snacks. The Grand restaurant was also excellent where I had 2 lunches & 1 breakfast. It is a convenient location to shopping & street food, which looked good but I did nit try since I don't like eating standing up. Will stay again for conenience. "

"Staff was exceptional and they really helped me a lot during my stay. I can understand why they won the luxury award for 2025 because they really do go out of their way to make the guest feel at home. Special mention to.Guly, Sue, Yopn, Andy, Cliff, Anma and I hope I'm not forgetting anyone else"
