They were the most accommodating place I have ever stayed. The downstairs pizza is fantastic! The staff was kind and patient with us Americans. Great area to just go out of your hotel and walk to many different food and pub options.
Pizzas are delicious,
Very convenient for everything.
Staff very friendly.

Liked: Staff & service
I didn't expect the daily cleaning, but the hotel cleaned my room on the second day. There was no TV and the water was not draining out of my bathroom basin. And it was a bit stinky (like food or vomit ...) in the stairs.
Staff was so kind, and there were some popular restaurants nearby, but it has a famous bar itself.
A fantastic place to stay while in Inverness. Wonderful drink and delicious food. Friendly staff and a wonderful biergarten. Difficult to ask for more.
Good location. Clean room. Great water pressure in shower. Great for a budget hotel

The room was clean and sufficient for us to basically just sleep there. The noise coming through the vent fan in the bathroom was loud. We got hot at night so had to open the windows…it was noisy. But we managed and overall would stay again.
The room was tint but worked for what we needed. The best part of this place was the bar/restaurant. The ove made pizzas were delicious and the organic cider was perfect. Super easy stay on a very busy trip to Inverness.
We arrived late by train and the staff were very helpful despite the bar being very busy. We were able to order a pizza and have it delivered to our room.
Tea selection in the room was pretty good.
Would definitely stay here again. Room was clean & spacious. Fixings for morning tea & coffee was provided. The staff was helpful, even storing our bags when we arrived too early to check in. The food in the pub downstairs was delicious & the kitchen stayed open later allowing us to get food when arriving late from a 12 hour tour of the Isle of Skye.
The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. There is some street noise when you have your window open at night. I was still able to sleep but many hotels in the main area would have the same problem if you are near the pubs.
Came in after completing the last stage of the Great Glen Way. Check in was easy at the bar. Room was upstairs. Side door to access rooms without going through the bar area (or when closed). A little loud as the beer garden was audible, but I was warned of that in advance and it wasn't loud enough to disturb me. Room was small, but big enough for me and my pack.
Had a stool to sit on, and I would have liked a chair with a back. Because of bar opening hours, was no place to leave my bag at checkout to further explore before leaving town, but that was OK.
Well situated in the old town, pubs and restaurants abound.
Convenient location room was clean. Very nice helpful staff. Restaurant food very good. That being said it was hardly a room. We reserved a double room not a room with bunk beds, only a shelf on the wall with tea pot. Only window ventilation and only one stool to sit on, no place to store your clothes. No TV. We stayed at the hostel last year and the room was much larger and a TV in the lounge.
