“We had a two room suite with one bathroom. There was an issue with the bedroom door sticking and the handle kept coming off. The TV in that room would stay on for about 15-20 seconds and shut off. When we told the man at the front desk, he couldn't have cared less. The room looked like it was in the process of being updated. It could use a fresh coat of paint. The beds were okay. Not the best, not the worse. One room temperature was very comfortable, while the other room was stuffy. Fairly……

“Comfortable roadside motel with very nice staff,,who go the extra mile. Small bathroom lacked counter space for toiletries, otherwise fine. A convenient, inexpensive, clean stop for our roadtrip.”

“Got there n building was closed for renovation (as were the other 2 motels at that exit). Called phone # on our reservation n understood little of his heavily accented English. Called Expedia, she called Marifah Inn, then called me back to say Marifah Inn would call us with substitute motel reservation at Cozy House Inn. He never called so we drove to Cozy House n they had no call from him, either, but very graciously gave us a nice room over 1 hour later! We hope they get reimbursed for their……
