「Didn’t love this hotel. Best thing was the staff. But the rooms are tired. The gas stoves weren’t working, so only pizzas & burgers were available and then we had a fire alarm going off at 3am. So wouldn’t go again.」

「Beautiful period property with modern additional building which gives guests the best of both worlds. Stunning grounds, lovely spa facilities and enjoyed a hot stone massage. Food and drinks were spot on too. Perfect relaxing few days away.」

「I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff don’t return emails answer phones or return phone calls. Check-in ends at 9 PM and if you aren’t there you can’t get into your room. I’ve travelled the world and never in my life had such bad customer service. The Travelodge however has excellent staff clean rooms and comfortable beds. At nearly half the price is an exceptionally better value.」
