「I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. 「Had a great 7 night stay at the ROK hotel. Was there for Jamaica Carnival 2026. Friendly staff, very accommodating. I opted to include breakfast for the 7 days and was not disappointed. Buffet menu was fresh and good variety of local flavours. There was also the option to order from the menu at no extra cost. Pool Bar was my favourite, great vibe, not over crowded and great photo opportunities. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again. 」
