Second toilet, kitchen, fridge-freezer, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron, ironing board & hair dryer. Internet/wifi and Netflix included.

The area is formerly social housing where most occupiers are now homeowners. It's a good area and very quiet.
