「The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door.
WiFi went out.
Coffee maker did not work.
Rooms on street side are noisy.
Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told.
Would never recommend. There is no staff on site.」

「Honestly, worst experience I've ever had renting a property. Felt like I got scammed from the start. Arrived at JFK at 3. Still had no address from host. Was about 3:30 & I had to tell the taxi to head to the Upper West Side & I would give him address when I got it. When we finally got a response from "host," it was after 4 on day of check in. Got to address he gave me & it was a completely different property. Neither the host nor the property mgmt company bothered to mention that they changed...

「The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive.The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. 「I have waited a couple weeks to write this review to eliminate the emotion and just be factual with my review. I wish we read the reviews prior to booking this stay. We have three main issues with the property.
1 - The apartment was not located as advertised. The key pick up is close to the advertised location and the address is actually about ten blocks north east.
