“This was a very secluded, beach property. Edith at the front desk was very helpful, assisting with transportation and any of our other requests with a smile. The staff on the beach, housekeeping, and anyone else we came in contact with were helpful and accommodating. “Let me start by saying. I’m fortunate to have traveled the Caribbean often. I’ve been to Mexico many times over the last 20+ years and Isla Mujeres several times. “Clean, AC, great service!!! Coming back for sure but maybe not the top floor. No elevators so go slow.
