Executive Bay Condo M-1

Executive Bay Condo is a nice condo. Location is near the pool and pickleball courts which was convenient for us. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linens. So, the negatives are as follows: Both slider screens on the first floor did not work. Patio slider (one was completely missing and the other one would not stay on tracks and jammed). Front slider was completely jammed and inoperable. Dishwasher did not work. Vacasa was able to get a repair person in to fix on the last day of our visit. Vacasa did make a financial adjustment due to the inconvenience. Patio cushions did not go with furniture. Also after a rain, they had to be propped up to drain the water from them.

Everything were looking for.

Well maintained unit with a cozy tropical patio. Nice pool and waterfront within a short walk. Friendly safe neighborhood and conveniently located with scuba and fishing charters a few miles away. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

Room for improvements

Stressful upon arrival as we had not yet received our access code. It took 40 minutes to finally reach someone at Vacasa’s to assist us. The patio door screens were both off the track leaning against the outdoor wall. 2 kitchen light bulbs were burnt out. The queen mattress had stains in both sides. The bottom of our feet were dirty from walking on the tile floor. Clear lay not cleaned properly patio furniture had oversized cushions that didn’t fit the furniture properly

Great Islamorada spot!

It’s a well equipped, comfortable, spacious, sparkling clean, conveniently located townhouse. Exceeded my expectations and I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Islamorada, look no further, you’ve found it in this rental!

Great Vacation Condo

Executive Bay Club has everything you need to experience a wonderful vacation, pool, beach, tennis, clubhouse for parties, plus an awesome security staff & great neighbors .. Our condo had every amenity you can think of. It was nicely renovated, spacious & had comfortable beds. Another A+ plus was the management, we had 2 minor problems and Kristy was on it right away and the problems were solved the same day. She’s definitely a “Rock Star” an asset to Vacasa & M1 ..
