“Small, boutique property well cared for by owners who have restored it to be in line with its interesting history. Super easy check-in and checkout and close to the historic downtown.”

“Clean room but small. 2 beds in the room prevented the bathroom door and armoire (to hang clothes) from opening all the way. So a bit cramped. Bed very comfortable.”

“Loved this place!!!! In an amazing location, a well-maintained property. You can hear music some nights but that did not bother us. Parking is off of a different street, 7 minute walk away. The rooms were clean and well decorated. Again, the location was perfect, the price was perfect. Make sure you use the black towels they provide to take off makeup.”

“I was highly disappointed but glad I only booked for one night. Checking in took about 45 mins. Staff move slow. Then gave me a room that wasn’t clean. The bed had dirty balled up blankets on it. The staff that were supposed to be cleaning up were smoking marijuana and cigarettes. The new room had a funky stinky smell and the bathroom was so small. Save your money because $150 for this. Highway robbery!”

“Beautiful spot for a stay in St Augustine Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We arrived 30 minutes before check in time, but the manager had no issues getting us in a little early. When hearing we were in the area getting married, she left a bottle of champagne in our room which was a very sweet gesture. Our room (Gold room) was wonderful and the jacuzzi tub was perfect after exploring downtown. Our room stayed cool and was very tidy. Breakfast was fantastic. This was by far the best……

“Wunderschönes kleines Hotel mit nur 9 Doppelzimmern. Jedes Zimmer sieht anders aus und ist ein echtes Schmuckstück. Das Team war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist super lecker. Die Altstadt ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar und kostenlose Parkplätze stehen auch zur Verfügung. Alles in allem hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt hier.”

“Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Parking is easy. Staff are amazing and accommodating specially the front desk staff. Hot tub is nice, wish the pool was warm. Cleaning was a miss. Our room was skipped, when it was finally attended after a couple of request, there were garbage dripping on the floor, also obvious it wasn’t swept or vacuumed. The counters weren’t wiped, I had to do them myself, which I wouldn’t mind doing if I had some cleaning kit….just did with……
