“Expedia does not tell you they don’t answer phone calls from foreign numbers & they have no front desk/ staff on site so only way to communicate is thru Expedia. I couldn’t get continental breakfast because Expedia blocks emails & they couldn’t send me payment link. No food or beverage available on site or within walking distance. Food delivery was lame, cash only & no utensils. Decent shower, bed & wifi”

“dog friendly, staff a bit inexperienced as breakfast was not set up this may be due to time of year and not usual staff member as l was the only guest, room and facilities need a spruce up. ”

“Happy with the place and would stay again ”

“An amazing hotel in an amazing location. Very reasonably priced. Best hosts ever. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was outstanding. The views were stunning. Would highly recommend and we would love to return.”

I was told abruptly and with an incredulous voice that that was impossible as they would be cleaning rooms right up to 3pm. OK, but not even to be given a simple "see what we can do" or a polite apology was a slap in the face before we had even arrived. On……
