“Staff was friendly (when they were at the desk) but hotel and rooms were extremely too hot. The smell of chlorine in the pool was overpowering and not enjoyable to guests to the point it was burning our eyes as soon as you walk near the door. The hot tub was murky green and smelled of fish. AC was not working properly our entire stay and we even left right before midnight of our last night there as we were so uncomfortable. We were going to try and change rooms but when we went to the desk each……

“Close to the ocean that’s a good thing about this hotel. But the room was so dirty. They didn’t even Change the sheets and I found a dirty face cloth on top of the shower curtain just gross.”

“Rooms need upgrading. No toiletries in bathroom. Dirty wash cloth in bathroom. AC unit sounded like a jet ready for take off. Exposed pipes under sink and bathroom. TV very small in living area and it still has a dvd player. Didn’t know they still make those. On a positive note. Staff was polite and courteous. The hotel is very quite, peaceful and overall very clean.”

“The room was damaged and dirty. I had a big dent in my wall and the door did not sit in the doorframe properly. The bath was stained and very old. The furniture was dusty and there was a sticky patch on the bedside table. Some of the towels were stained. The lamps were rusty and there was no ceiling light so you couldn’t switch on the lights when entering the room. I felt a little unsafe as a woman staying on my own.”
