This my second time staying at Ekinci , the apartment was big ,clean and spacious. I wish they have laundry in the suite or in the building. Will stay again.All amenities are in walking distance.

This property will cancel your reservation if you select the “pay upon arrival” option when booking through Expedia. We called and they gladly rebooked our room when we paid upon reserving. The hotel is absolutely perfect for families. Affordable, spacious, and clean.

De receptionist was a very nice , polite and helpful young man. I wish we asked for his name. He worked on 31 aug, night shift. He did everything to make us feel comfortable. At check in we asked for breakfast and were. told there is an extra charge for it We agreed to this and were asked if we wanted it added to the bill, which again we confirmed. When we paid it was it TRL currency and so did not know what we had been charged. At breakfast we were accused of not paying. We were then asked to pay again. We tried to argue the point but were just told to pay.. We also could not access the internet in our rooms. The receptionist at check in was belligerent and uninterested. We feel he did not add the breakfast or switch on internet. The morning staff were also unapologetic and just wanted our money. We were made to feel like criminals

3 gunluk konaklamamin 2 gunu guzel gecti cunku bu iki gun icin yan odada kalan birileri yoktu. Son gece yan odada kalanlarin konusmalarini ve bebeklerinin aglamasini dinlemekle gecti. Iki oda arasindaki duvar en kalitesiz cinsten wallboard malzeme kullanilarak yapilmis olmali ki herseyi duymaya imkan verebiliyordu. Iki oda arasindaki duvar icin kullanilan malzeme kesinlikle tugla veya turevleri cinsten bir malzeme degil. Resepsiyonu arayip baska bir odaya gecmek istediginizi soylediginizde verdikleri cevap birsey yapamayacaklarini, otelin dolu oldugunu soylemekten ibaret. Benim kaldigim oda 7A99 nolu odaydi.
