Standart tip odada konakladık. Oda yalnızca “yatıp çıkmak” amacıyla kullanılacaksa fiyat–performans açısından kabul edilebilir seviyede. Ancak kaldığımız odada pencere olmasına rağmen açılabilir bir cam bulunmuyordu, oda oldukça havasız oluyor. Klima yoktu (mevsim nedeniyle ihtiyaç duymadık). Bulunduğumuz blokta Wi-Fi hizmeti mevcut değildi ve odada resepsiyonu aramak için telefon da bulunmuyordu. Kahvaltı oldukça sınırlıydı: üç çeşit peynirden birer dilim, yumurta, domates, salatalık, biber, tereyağı, iki çeşit reçel ve şekerlenmiş baldan ibaretti. Özetle, standart odalar için, eğer odada uzun vakit geçirilmeyecekse fiyat-performans açısından değerlendirilebilir demek mümkün.

Arkadaşımla bayram da 1 gün konakladık havuzlu olduğu için. Havuz fena değil çok kalabalık olmuyor. Otelin bahçesine bayıldım peyzajı doğallığı çok hoşuma gitti. Ama odalar aman Allahım oda da tuvalet kağıdı yoktu tv çalışmıyor söyledik teknisyen gelcek dediler gelen giden olmadı tabiki. minibar çalışmıyor 35 derece sıcakta çalışmayan dolabı koymuşlar odaya resepsiyondaki hanımefendi ben yaptım dedi ama değişen bişey olmadı. Banyo temizdi çarşaflar temizdi ama yerler toz içindeydi. Etrafta yiyecek yer olmadığı için otel de yemek yedik köfte ızgara tavuk ızgara salata ve 2 kola 1.400 tl hesap ödedik bu paraya asla asla değmezdi şok olduk. 10 oda tutarak kalabalık bir aileyle gittiğimiz bu tatilde otelin sunduğu imkanlardan çok memnun kaldık. Oteldeki doluluk oranı genelde daha düşük olması nedeniyle az personel bulunmasına rağmen her ihtiyacımıza yetişmeye çalıştılar. Odalar da gayet konforluydu. Her konuda memnun kaldık. Yalnızca otelde şampuan kalmadığı için odalara servis yapamadılar. Kahve ya da suya ulaşmak da biraz zahmetliydi her seferinde resepsiyondaki personele söylüyorduk. Onlar da mutfağa gidip getiriyordu. Daha hızlı erişmek için bunun gibi el ihtiyaçlarınızı yanınızda götürebilirsiniz. Otelin biraz başı boş bırakılmış olmasına ve personel eksiğine rağmen personelin ilgilerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle öneriyorum.

Genel olarak hazır değilmiş izlenimi edindim. Servis personeli sayı olarak yetersiz veya kalifikasyon olarak eksikti. Masa örtüleri vs. pek de temiz gibi değildi. Ayrıca bir otel olarak günübirlik mangaşcılara hizmet etmesi hoş değil. Kafa dinlemek için gittiğimiz yerde mangal dumanı ve çocuk gürültüsü çektik.

Hotel çok huzurlu , çok keyifli , bahçeden odaya gidesiniz gelmiyor ama yatakları çok çok rahatsız , kesinlikle değişmesi gerekiyor , odadaki eşyalar eski ama camları çok güzel , kuş sesleri ile gününüzü geçiriyorsunuz ; personel çok yardımsever ve kahvaltısı açık büfe olmamasına rağmen kaliteli ; yatakları değiştiğinde kesinlikle Polonezköy’deki tek tercihiniz olacaktır .
