「Best hospitality I've ever experienced.」

「I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......」

「El hotel es nuevo y las habitaciones son hermosas, cómodas, los blancos de excelente gusto y calidad. Se encuentra ubicado frente a un lago bellísimo, a unos 25 minutos de Lucerna en coche. El desayuno es de buena calidad pero es muy básico. Definitivamente volvería. 」

「Everything is ok except the check in because the hotel staff not always stay at hotel and need phone call him when reach hotel. But the breakfast is good taste and service for them also ok.」

「Boutique Hotel Schluessel was perfect for a remote getaway. The staff are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean and there are lots of amenities including a self service mini bar, hairdryers and drinking water faucets in the rooms. Our room was warm in the heat of the summer but we were provided with fans which kept the room cool. Would recommend eating at the hotel restaurant - a beautiful setting for dinner and fresh ingredients used. The...
