From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. “It is too far away from Hakone, taking about 2 hours each day to travel back and forth though the hotel is near the train station. There is a small restaurant on the ground floor which is close during the dates I stayed there. ”
