"Fantastic breakfast service! I already miss the Japanese breakfasts with the variety. This hotel is extremely convenient. The Izumiotsu subway station is a short 4 minute walk away and the supermarket is only 3 minutes. The supermarket has a fantastic selection of ready-to-eat choices. "It was awesome! One of the front desk guys Joon I think it was, was super helpful helping us send our luggage to our next stop. Beds super comfortable, housekeeping came every day to do a full clean and free water bottles, very similar to most American chains so I loved it! Asides from the grouchy receptionist the last night that told us that it was “dark hour” to go hang out to the 2nd floor that we did not know was a place to hang out since early morning you gotta pay to get in."

"A fantastic hotel with a great location, near Dotonbori. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful (especially to foreign tourists). The property was immaculate and had such a warm vibe about it. You are about a 7 min. walk to Dotonbori, with a train station just a few minutes (walk) away. We could not have been happier with our stay at Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka."

"Espectacular el hotel, su edificación es muy nueva, con decoración moderna, sobria, luminosa y con esculturas muy llamativas hacen que te quedes observando cada rincón del lobby. Las habitaciones espaciosas y muy luminosas...la ubicación es genial muy cerca de las entradas al subte y sobre todo el hotel se encuentra emplazado en una avenida de lujo, con consecionarios de autos de primer nivel, tiendas de marcas internacionales y a 10 cuadras nada más y nada menos que Dotonbori. ... !"

"This is an older hotel that was taken over by the current owners and renovated it a little bit, but the staff was very friendly.And the amenities were nice.We had a late checkout time of two o'clock and there was a guest room with free snacks drinks, including beer, wine and liquor. The breakfast was probably the best I'd ever had in a hotel buffet. The french toast with truffle butter was amazing!"
