“If I could give this zero stars, that’s what I would rate it. We booked this trip 10 months ago and the owner canceled 12 days before the trip on Thanksgiving day. Leaving us to try to find a hotel during the busiest time of the year in NYC. We ended up having to pay double the amount we had this trip reserved for.. I had to call several times to get the refund and I still haven’t gotten the refund for the VRBO service fee.. beware of this owner we have found similar stories on Reddit since……
