“Always clean and welcoming! Kitchen is well stocked and the beds are still very comfy. A/C and heat work great and the location is quiet. Loved the sunsets from the deck, hikes at Little River, and food in town!”

“We enjoyed our stay at Black Bear cabin very much. It was very clean and well appointed. The hosts were very kind and personable and answered all of our questions and took care of all our needs in a timely manner. We enjoyed fishing in the pond and actually caught 4 fish! Our only complaint is that it was farther out of town than we realized it would be. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the drive in and out of the site. It is a beautiful rustic area and provided a great few days in the mountains without……

“Host was very welcoming. He provided directions, walked us through door locks, tv controls, etc., and was quite hospitable. The cottage was wonderful. The open concept downstairs, with the large windows, was beautiful and a great place to spend time. The upstairs loft area was a perfect place for our young boys to play but still be close by. Overall the best part, by far, of the stay was the location, with DeSoto Falls only being a couple of minutes away. We walked there every day to spend time……
