The large deck with a gate provided a great opportunity for our pet to spend time outside and not have to be supervised necessarily. we had great neighbors during our stay and hope to book this property again in order to bump into our new friends again. "The original listing when I booked said there was a futon and twin beds in room 2, but there was no futon, which put one person in our group of 5 sleeping on the couch. The place is cute with a nice fenced yard. The location, as in proximity to things, was great, but the neighborhood itself was a little run down and junky in certain areas. This particular unit and yard was definitely one of the nicest on the street. Overall, it was fine for a weekend visit, especially for the price."
