The place was quite sound proof, I did not hear much other movements within. The views are terrific from the top level. Only steps from the beach and plenty of parking. "Sea Vista is a no frills stay. But just because it isn't the Hilton doesn't mean the stay wasn't superb. Very clean, very comfortable furnishings. The quality of the beach is superior (in my opinion) to that of the North end of the island, i.e. wider and bigger actual beach area, less crowded, etc. The amenities are sparse, to be honest, but it's all the essentials. A comfortable and clean bed/linens, a clean and working bathroom, tv, cookware/utensils, and the friendliest people surrounding you...

"The original listing when I booked said there was a futon and twin beds in room 2, but there was no futon, which put one person in our group of 5 sleeping on the couch. The place is cute with a nice fenced yard. The location, as in proximity to things, was great, but the neighborhood itself was a little run down and junky in certain areas. This particular unit and yard was definitely one of the nicest on the street. Overall, it was fine for a weekend visit, especially for the price."
