Great Spring Break!

We visited for my sons spring break. The location was perfect, right on the beach with beautiful views. I prefer to be with lifeguards and it was just a short walk on the beach to get to a lifeguard stand, which was really great with kids. The condo was clean and comfortable. The overall location was great. We were close to restaurants, grocery store and entertainment.

Beware: Cockroaches

Be careful. The room is infested with cockroaches as of April 2025. It was good otherwise but the cockroaches ruin any housing experience. I saw four cockroaches at once, so there are likely more that I did not see.

Beautiful Jacksonville Beach Oceanfront Condo

My family and I (4 of us total) just finished our stay and we can't say enough about it. We decided to Uber from the airport and go without a car. No problem. Everything you need (especially the beach) was right at our doorstep. I did some working while vacationing and the wifi was great. The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals. All of the beds, sheets and towels were top notch. We had plenty of great dining out choices too nearby and we even went down to St. Augustine and caught a show at the Amphitheater and enjoyed the history and charm of the oldest city. We will definitely be booking again!

Disappointed

Three issues were never resolved after multiple contacts with management, even though they said they would send someone, they did not. #1; Shower curtain fell off the wall and hit my 83 year old Aunt on the head! It would not stay up because it was only a tension rod and not secured into the wall, and could not be put up by us. #2; Doorwall had no lock! #3; Doorwall blind was broken and we could not close or open the blind, and had to push it aside to sit on the balance. Overall very disappointed in the quality and lack of response. Would not recommend this property.

Less that what I feel we paid for

Perks to the property include the beach view, well stocked kitchen, in sight beach supplies. we enjoyed the convenience of these amenities. The condo was clean, which is always an important detail when rating our rentals. Downfalls: noisy area of town. Someone’s dog literally barked until after 1 AM when we finally fell asleep. Not necessarily the owner fault, but a downfall of allowing pets. The rooms are connected through and closet and you can hear everything that goes on from one room to the next so there is zero privacy. The boardwalk has a lot of construction going on with it and around it right now. You have to kind of climb up on it. There are no steps. All in all it was OK for a short stay, but not somewhere that I would likely rent again.
