「We checked in A water pipe broke No a/c No tv Hallway and hotel smelled terrible No answers when it will be fixed No manager on duty So far no compensation offered me and when I asked they said maybe they will give me 15000 miles for a 3 night stay which cost 60000 miles per night 180000 miles」

「Heat noise was annoying One bottle water per day 」

「Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected.」

「We are so excited that this hotel is so beautiful and stuff is very nice, we got the welcome gift—-the chocolates, gorgeous furnitures, bathroom space is enough, Christmas decor is in everywhere, it’s delightful and nice place. We’d love to come again. 」

「The pet policy was not made clear to us prior to booking, upon check in we were informed that it is $75 per day per dog, which feels not too dog friendly.」

「酒店干净整洁, 在市中心,周围很多餐厅,还有TARGET超市. 前台热情可亲,服务很棒!」

「Great place to stay and convenient to cruise terminal.」

「Foods are fine with different choices. ...NO breakfasting serving during weekdays in the atrium restaurant but can deliver with only plastic fork n knife. Room is fine, clean. Staff are nice and willing to help.」

「Clean room」

「The room was clean, and the staff were really nice, but the breakfast was just okay.」
